Return Policy

1. Overview

At Hess Village Pharmacy, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality medications and healthcare products. Due to the nature of pharmacy products and for the protection of our patients, certain items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Prescription Medications

All prescription medications are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed.

This policy is in place to comply with pharmacy regulations and to ensure the safety and integrity of medications.

3. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products

We may accept returns of unopened and unused over-the-counter products under the following conditions:

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
• The product is in its original, sealed packaging
• The item is in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Prescription medications
• Opened or used OTC products
• Compounded medications
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Temperature-sensitive or refrigerated items
• Items marked as final sale

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispensed.
